Bridging Education and Adulthood
Many learners reach the end of compulsory school age having made significant progress but are not yet ready for large Further Education environments, apprenticeships or unsupported employment. For these young people, there is often a gap between education and adulthood.
Antur Futures exists to bridge that gap.
Four Pillars, One Pathway
Employment
Developing the skills, qualifications and confidence required for future employment.
Independent Living
Building practical life skills and increasing personal responsibility.
Community Inclusion
Encouraging meaningful participation within local communities.
Health & Wellbeing
Supporting positive emotional, social and physical wellbeing.
Practical. Purposeful. Personalised.
Antur Futures is not a school and is not designed to replicate a school environment. Programmes are delivered through practical experiences, workplace opportunities, community projects and vocational activities rather than traditional classroom-based teaching.
Learners typically attend four days per week, following an individual qualification pathway aligned to their aspirations.
