Preparing Young People for Life Beyond School
A specialist post-16 transition, employability and independent living programme designed for young people who require a structured and highly personalised pathway into adulthood.
Created by the team behind Ysgol Antur Cwm, Antur Futures has been developed in response to a growing need identified by Local Authorities, families and young people themselves.
Many learners reach the end of compulsory school age having made significant progress but are not yet ready for large Further Education environments, apprenticeships or unsupported employment. For these young people, there is often a gap between education and adulthood.
Antur Futures exists to bridge that gap.
Our programme combines accredited qualifications, employability development, vocational learning, independent living skills and real-world workplace experience within a supportive and aspirational environment.

To support young people to become confident, capable and employable adults who can participate meaningfully within their communities and progress successfully into employment, training, further education or independent living.
Why Antur Futures?
Many young people require more than a school placement but are not yet ready for unsupported adulthood. Antur Futures provides a structured bridge between education and adult life.
Through accredited qualifications, employability development, independent living skills, vocational learning, community engagement and real workplace opportunities, we help young people develop the confidence and capability required to achieve meaningful futures.
