Who We Support
Antur Futures is designed for young people aged 16 and above who require a gradual and supported transition into adulthood.
Antur Futures is designed for young people aged 16 and above who:
- Have Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Hold an Individual Development Plan (IDP)
- Have experienced school avoidance or educational disengagement
- Are at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training)
- Require a gradual and supported transition into adulthood
- Would struggle to access or sustain a traditional college placement
- Require continued structure, guidance and personalised support
Every learner enters the programme with a unique set of strengths, challenges and aspirations. Our approach reflects this.
Individualised Support
Every learner receives a personalised programme based upon:
- Their aspirations
- Their identified needs
- Existing qualifications
- Areas of strength
- Areas requiring development
- Employment readiness
- Long-term outcomes
Programmes are reviewed regularly and adapted as learners progress.
