Who We Support

Antur Futures is designed for young people aged 16 and above who require a gradual and supported transition into adulthood.

Antur Futures is designed for young people aged 16 and above who:

  • Have Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
  • Have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Hold an Individual Development Plan (IDP)
  • Have experienced school avoidance or educational disengagement
  • Are at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training)
  • Require a gradual and supported transition into adulthood
  • Would struggle to access or sustain a traditional college placement
  • Require continued structure, guidance and personalised support

Every learner enters the programme with a unique set of strengths, challenges and aspirations. Our approach reflects this.

Individualised Support

Every learner receives a personalised programme based upon:

  • Their aspirations
  • Their identified needs
  • Existing qualifications
  • Areas of strength
  • Areas requiring development
  • Employment readiness
  • Long-term outcomes

Programmes are reviewed regularly and adapted as learners progress.
