Our Model

Practical, Purposeful, Personalised

Antur Futures is not a school and is not designed to replicate a school environment. It provides a specialist post-16 transition programme where learning is directly linked to adulthood outcomes.

Learners typically attend four days per week and participate in a personalised programme built around:

  • Employability
  • Independent Living
  • Vocational Development
  • Community Participation
  • Accredited Qualifications
  • Preparing for Adulthood Outcomes

Programmes are delivered through practical experiences, workplace opportunities, community projects and vocational activities rather than traditional classroom-based teaching.

Preparing for Adulthood

All programmes are built around four key Preparing for Adulthood outcomes:

Employment

Developing the skills, qualifications and confidence required for future employment.

Independent Living

Building practical life skills and increasing personal responsibility.

Community Inclusion

Encouraging meaningful participation within local communities.

Health & Wellbeing

Supporting positive emotional, social and physical wellbeing.
